The integration further streamlines the application process for leasing teams while ensuring more accurate, compliant, and consistent animal screening outcomes.

    With this integration, property managers can automatically surface PetScreening results directly within the BoomScreen application report. Leasing teams gain a centralized view of applicant, occupant, and pet or animal screening data—eliminating manual follow-ups, reducing application friction, and accelerating decision-making.
